The Solis Mirror’s design draws from the horizon, the rising and setting sun, or an eclipse. A circle of brass plating stands an inch behind the oblong also rounded mirror, as if hovering behind. The mirrors glass ends abruptly on a clean and thin brass shelf, just big enough to depose a ring or earrings, a part of your beginning or end of day ritual. Below the shelf, a blackened ash half circle, as a cast shadow of the mirror itself. See it in the shop.
